There seem to be some who are still blaming for our performances this season even though he hasn't been played. And isn't blamed in the media for loads of conceded goals or poor performances.
I'm at the match, bloody freezing, must be madSunderland vs West Brom on sky tonight, 8pm ko. Almost certainly another good opportunity to have a look at Simms.

Yes, look out for me on the Telly, it's been a while since I had them outYou got your top off like the mackems
A game of two halves, at last a Manager with a Plan B, 4 wins on the trot. Never hold on to a Manager because he's Mr nice guySland all over WBA at the moment
Erika Roe. I’d just turned 10 when I clapped eyes on those 40” mammary’s.Yes, look out for me on the Telly, it's been a while since I had them out
Yeah he didn't exactly have me bemoaning the decision to loan him out on that performance. I think he could have been useful for us as a sub to throw on when needing a goal because he does have that spark in the box and can finish if a chance arrives, but based on the 2/3 times I've seen him this season I think the people who insist his all round game is better than Maupay, and even Rondon, are just being wishful at the moment. Hopefully he keeps learning on this loan and gets better, but at the moment he's not a regular PL striker. That sort of performance highlights exactly why he's out on loan. He's a one trick pony still and really needs to add more to his game. His touch is poor which led to at least 2 broken counter attacks. His hold up play is still poor, might even have gone backwards. And in the air he's pretty poor too, which I think is mostly due to his attitude, he just doesn't compete unless it's dropped right on top of him.
He is good at running in behind although didn't get much chance today and his dummy runs do drag defenders around, so he is occupying defenders some of the time.
Still very much a work in progress.
Isn't James beattie there as part of the management set up?If anybody is bored out of their mind tonight, you can watch Broadhead play for Wigan on sky, 8pm ko.
