Poch Leaves Chelsea

They'll want a yes man who gets given a squad and then told to make it work, zero involvement in recruitment.

Hence why the names touted are up and comers, under 40, who have no ego or clout behind them.

Probably has zero say in who comes and goes.

Most Chelsea fans didn't warm to him anyway
Which is so weird to me. They were a mess to begin the season with a million new signings that didn't fit in any cohesive unit.

Poch actually got them playing some great football in the second half of the season, building their whole attack around Cole Palmer.

Now it's back to square one, and I'm elated.

There's a right shower who run that club. Poch was getting something good started.

He'll just amble on amiably to another massive job - not ours unfortunately. Maybe at one time.

From reading up on it, it's been a strained relationship with one of the other co owners and Poch has been trying to have some say in control who he wants in the team.

It's suggested he captained Gallagher as a shout to say he doesn't want him sold. Owners want him sold. He's not a huge fan of Enzo or Jackson etc.

I don’t think the fact he managed Spurs sat well with them

I understand why the egomaniac owners might not want him. Right or wrong.

But the fans? Makes no sense.
