Be a big let down given how we said we would redevelop the site. We also wouldn't get much for the site either.

Letting the women play at Goodison saves a lot of cash. Just demolishing the stadium would cost quite a bit.

….no expert on this, but I’d imagine the upkeep of an old stadium and pitch would cost a small fortune, especially from a safety perspective. I dare say parts of the ground would have to be demolished anyway.
