Don't get me wrong, I love the place, but the Bullens Road facade is comparable to something you'd see from a pre war industrial estate. Mainly corrugated metal sheets with a bit of brickwork. Highbury was listed because the exterior is a fine example of Art Deco architecture.

That's not the case at all. It's brick.
