Possible Goodison redevelopment.

Perhaps. But you have to look a bit closer.

Would the football world, not just Evertonians, like a special piece of history to be kept? I think there's more architectural value in saving the Bullens, it's not just a brick and iron building from the 1920's. Having said that - that alone should be a reason to preserve it. A football stand from the 1920's.
There's many features inside and of course the Archibald Leitch criss cross.

I think the value in the Bullens is the terracing and not the outer.shell if you like. If you hollow it out to build apartments etc. you may as well start a fresh.

I'm glad some are on board with the idea. Although the more I think about it I reckon the Bullens Road stand should be preserved. Obviously not as a football stand for the Women's but as a piece of football history and architecture. Turn it in to a hotel or flats. Or both.

Well if it isn't saved, we'll regret it.

I do like this idea:

However I don't believe the investment to build this would ever be able to paid back through a sustainable business. Sure people may come the first few years but would it be busy all year round after the novelty wears off in that part of Liverpool, especially as we lay down roots at BM?
