Why can't the pitch be the local park to kick the ball around. Have cafes, local businesses and community stuff surrounding it, and residential on the back side.
A place for locals to play 'street football', like proper like. With the hope that Goodison park will keep on creating, keep on producing players, that will end up down the way at Bramley. A true legacy.
