Iowa has a larger-than-average Evangelical faction, so this shouldn't be that big of a surprise. Caucus polling is notoriously unreliable.

Very much so, he's also the one Republican which Democrats fear. Unlike Trump or Cruz he has the ability to win a general.
This from The Fix was interesting re: 1st/2nd choice and net favorability of the candidates in Iowa for the past few months. Rubio's been gaining ground. It is Iowa, though. Wonder what we'll see in other states.

Interesting. I always heard New Zealand was the easiest, if you hold a college degree. They have brain drain problems with Australia, and if your skill set is on their "in-demand" list it's almost a straight ticket in. As far as I know, Europe is hard because you're competing against everybody in the EU.
Basically every other developed nation on the planet uses Sanders' platform as policy.
Similarly, I've been hedging. Started squirreling away money, which is either going to be a down payment on a house here in Milwaukee or to cover expense for a grad school program in Germany. Not quite sure which way I'm going yet...
Given tonight's results thus far, I actually consider Cruz to be more dangerous than Trump.

Couple of things, considering I just did this a couple of years ago.
If you fit the 'essential skills shortage' criteria, it is very easy to get in. If you don't though........
I came here on a 3 month visitor visa, found a job, applied for a visa and got accepted. That is the 'go for it nothing to lose' route. Most people find the job and apply before getting here though. But if you have the 'mad skillz bro' then it isn't very hard to get into this country. Just be prepared for the insane cost of living here.
