It's interesting. He definitely seems to have the more passionate supporters but he'll need to get a much larger share of the African-American vote than he is currently polling at. Recently, I read an article that suggested that, demographically, Iowa, Vermont and New Hampshire were the three best states for Sanders given the high percentage of white liberals. He should walk it by double-digits in New Hampshire but then what happens in South Carolina and Nevada. Will be fascinating to see how it shakes out.

The endorsements he is now getting from African Americans will really help , once they get to know him and his policies I can see a large proportion voting for him.

He has all the momentum now I really think he will do it

Hey cutie. You down with the revolution?

To get to know her, you'd best stay well clear of the magnets.

I'll have my friend Jesse explain:

Jeb Bush to unimpressed New Hampshire crowd: ‘Please clap’

Jeb Bush is going to need more than an exclamation point at the end of his name to generate excitement in New Hampshire.
During a speech at the Hanover Inn on Tuesday, Bush’s “fiery riff” on protecting the country didn’t generate the response he wanted, The New York Times reports:
Mr. Bush finished a fiery riff about protecting the country as commander in chief — “I won’t be out here blowharding, talking a big game without backing it up,” he said — and was met with total silence.
“Please clap,” he said, sounding defeated.
The crowd laughed — and then, finally, clapped.

Tough crowd.

Despite the implied enthusiasm in his “Jeb!” campaign logo, the glasses-wearing Bush’s measured tone has been a tough fit during a Republican primary season marked by its angry and forceful rhetoric.
Even with a wealth of endorsements and donations, Bush’s campaign has remained mired at about 9 percent support in New Hampshire, according to Real Clear Politics polling averages.

It's a pretty sad bunch to pick from, same as the UK really....
I think the Dems needed one more quality candidate..or should I say one candidate of any quality. Seeing just 2 up there, one the establishment's choice parading like it is her given right, the other 74 y/o Bernie..and nobody else, is rather pitiful really.
On the Republican side, I can see things getting real interesting from here.

The more you think of it, it really is poor though......

I remember watching, as a kid, the JFK V Nixon debate. In my opinion two of the greatest Presidents the USA has ever had....... Since then a succession of nobodies, culminating in Obama as the worst of the bunch, have come through and now the wife of an ex President who was caught with his pants down is perhaps the leading candidate together with a combover businessman.......what has gone wrong over there.......

The artificial clearing of the field The DNC pulled off for Hillary is gonna look really, REALLY dumb if it doesn't work. Which may happen either this summer or November.

Because there were plenty of establishment candidates who I'd argue would've been better than her. Warren. Biden. Deval Patrick. Cuomo.
