Rodwell has done nothing more than show he is an average PL player. Anichebe ? HAHA !

Gueye isn't really 'our' youth and most people i've spoken to don't rate him (i think he's decent but too slow for this league). Vellios we haven't seen enough of, but he looked lost when he started games. McAleney nearly left the club, or did i can't remember. Dier, Garbutt, Lundstram, Hope, Green. All meaningless without proven PL experience. There are at least half a dozen 'good' young players at every PL club right now, and the vast majority of them won't make the step up.

As i said, the only ones i currently rate are Barkley and Duffy, and Rodwell isn't exactly a 'young player' in terms of experience. Yes he's only 20 but he's also been playing first team footie for years.

Thats a hell of a lot of players who have actually had a chance. TBF doesnt the fact you havnt been impressed by them kind of sum up why we dont see them more often.

It's been made pretty clear in the media that Moyes is committed to preparing for next season but would listen to what Spurs have to say. If that's the case, what can DM say in public right now with any honesty?
