Cinemas and gyms, when they do open, will be subject to strict social distance rules. Football, however, can’t be. So you want thousands of people, many of whom could be asymptomatic, to start playing football again?

How strange
Gyms when they open , social distancing will mean nothing due to the use of machines , mats etc , pubs which you omit will struggle to social distance due to the way we act socially in there , schools will struggle to keep kids away from each other , workers are sharing vans and personal space now even while its bad , five aside or 11 a side players maybe an equal risk outdoors to any of them , if your worried when the times comes don’t partake . My comment is not based on statistics today but when the numbers are down , when would you be happy with returning in some form of normality when it’s eradicated ?

Utter pony, parts of Spain have opened bars and pubs now; nobody is allowed inside and tables are separated. Gyms will be subject to strict rules, and in some BAU reports I’ve read include that PTs will be wiping equipment after every use and they’ll be limited to numbers.

Football can’t be, you’re sweating and in close contact and it automatically increases transmission.

So in the scale of things, I couldn’t give a rats arse when a sport returns. It’s utterly pathetic that you’re willing to put people at risk because your Saturdays are boring

Your thinking of the now I bet none of them things happen in gyms when they open well maybe for the first day and you watch it go to pot straight after that it’s happening now in shops , again someone else won’t answer ..when do you think it’s safe ? No deaths ? Vaccine ? No new cases ?

well Joe, it is happening in shops because the last time I went in they were limiting the amount of people allowed in, had disinfectant and hand sanitizers available and staff were cleaning all used trolleys and baskets.

And there’s a massive difference between going the shops and playing footy. But let’s restart because joe is bored

I mean, you do know how this transmits don’t you??

Oh dear, sniff this any RS lurkers. Positive tests will keep on coming

Its alright though mate. Its only 2 players so sod them, their wives/girlfriends, sons or daughters, friends and family members. What's important is football gets up and running so we can finish the season (finish 2 games to confirm the rs winning the league) and everything will be great again.
