I will happily take a wager that no large crowds will fill a stadium here in the next 12-18 months
They're talking about a potential 50,000 infections a day by mid-October and two hundred deaths a day, so amassing tens of thousands together isn't viable.

I miss Everton and going the game, but there's no chance I'd consider going now for the safety reasons and if it was drastically. reduced attendances.

Yeah I feel like this, while we have no chance until 2021 anyway I think my anxiety would ruin the day for me if it was any time soon.
Weve got no chance with all the conspiracy knobs who dont care about others anyway

It was wildly optimistic to think life would suddenly bounce back to normal. I've been gently reminding work colleagues there's a strong chance we'll all be homeworking beyond the new year (which was the plan for return, either Jan or before). Folk have gotten their hopes up and slipped into old ways. Now we're getting another wake up call. So yeah, I wouldn't be surprised to see a whole season played without fans.

Sucks, just as were about to win it as well.

Let me get this right - Premier League clubs do have to do mandatory, regular COVID testing of players and staff, but EFL clubs don't have to, is that right?

Surely the footballing authorities are actually aware that EFL clubs can play Prem clubs in the cup competitions?
