Protests against the board

It needs buy in from more people in the media.

9 months on, nobody has asked the club about these clear security threats that we're found by private security, but not shared with the police.

Nobody has revisited the headlock claim in the media.

Nobody cares, because our died-in-the-wool-blue chairman has made us an utter irrelevance over the three decades (give or take) he's been patrolling the corridors of power. We're only newsworthy if we eventually get relegated. Until then, we're not worth bothering with from a news point of view.

Yes, the protests need to resume. Yes, they need FAR greater buy in from the fans. 2 to 3k walking up to the ground just isn't going to do it, particularly when 2 times the number are too cool for school standing around watching it walk by.

As fans, we have no fight left.

Nice one, Chairman Bill. You rancid arl knobhead.

There is no way that Kenwright doesn't turn up at BMD. He'll be cutting that ribbon. The man's a cockroach, he'd be at that stadium after a nuclear war.

There is a degree of vanity about Kenwright, but where we are now is all about leaving and best financial outcome being the priority in my opinion, the two things aren’t mutually exclusive mind particularly with Moshiri in the process of getting out and not being arsed mode.

There's never going to be a "'right time" to do this. It will be the wrong time now because the season is still new and we could turn things around. Then it'll be the wrong time later this season because we'll be in a relegation battle. Then next season it'll still be the wrong time regardless of the division we're in because we'll be told how much positivity and unity is needed. Same old crap. Put off, put off, put off. Always kicking the can down the road and waiting for things to happen, while shaming anyone who tries to make a difference, because not caring and being a passive coward is cool in 2023. Some of our fans are as culpable for this situation as anyone.

Won't achieve a damn thing. Sorry but Moshiri is a Billionaire. I don't know for absolute certain but I'd imagine they don't bend to the court of public opinion - sadly.

Until Moshiri is no longer the majority shareholder I don't see Kenwright going. As long as Kenwright is here his narcissism will keep him thinking he is the most important thing about the club and that BMD should obviously be seen as his crowning achievement. Which is why he will do anything and everything to be associated with its opening. The man is a delusional narcissist.

Dont think so mate myself mate. I think its all finances at this point.

Ian Rush can open BMD for all i care at this point - if we had an idea of who and how we were goign to pay for it.

Hopefully Moshiri sells the club in the next 12 months and we don't have to find out.

BMD when finished will boost the value of the club. Then it will be put up for sale. Moshiri as has been said, is a businessman. He will want to maximise the sale price of the club as best as possible. I said this before, but keeping Kenwright, in Moshiri's opinion, is a buffer for his own ineptitude. BK takes most of the abuse before he does - unfortunately, in reality, they are both equally culpable.

Needs some imaginative thinking imo. The pre-game protests have run their course and ideally some new ways to display our views are needed.
Wish I was more creative, then I could suggest some other ways!

In the old system, a fan could vote with their feet ..... by not attending = no loss of funds - harder nowadays ....

Having an empty stadium for every home game + empty away ends for away games would look terrible and be a damning indictment on Moshiri and Kenwright that couldn’t be ignored. Instead, we get people talking about ‘sacrificing’ their time and money to go to games, when in reality no one is forcing them to and they’re just endorsing the status quo.
