Some people dont deal in facts.

He's done nothing so far of note, but he should have all our support as he tries to get this shambles of a club back on the rails.

All those who oppose him want to keep the club a shambles; they'd have been chuffed with the galloot taking over and making clueless decision after clueless decision - because he's one of them. They hate change. They are, ultimalty, frightened people. They are the exact same lot who wanted Martinez out of Everton from the off because he represented change in a different way.

We have to embrace this, because the alternative is another go on the managerial merry-go-round...and the chances of Everton landing a decent one gets more and more unlikely with each time it goes around.
You always create these false dichotomies, Dave. "All those who oppose him want to keep the club a shambles; they'd have been chuffed with the galloot taking over" is just your latest nonsense. There are plenty of posters who don't want Benitez and wouldn't want Ferguson as manager, myself included. You constantly accuse people of strawman arguments whilst running your own scarecrow factory.

Nope, he doesn't turn up at Geordie shindigs and didn't bother relocating his family up there either. He does turn up to koppite shindigs and stayed close to his beloved reds ever since moving here to manage them. He's a koppite.
It matters most if he fails... what ever his background - fat Sam, now him we are desperate ....
