They hate change. They are, ultimalty, frightened people. They are the exact same lot who wanted Martinez out of Everton from the off because he represented change in a different way.

We have to embrace this, because the alternative is another go on the managerial merry-go-round...and the chances of Everton landing a decent one gets more and more unlikely with each time it goes around.
