Same talk happens at every club. Manager loses a few games, then the fans say they should be looking at Potter, Dyche, Howe, any other British manager. I bet if you go back 5 to 10 years it would have been should be looking at Allardyce, Bruce, Pardew, Hughes. Etc
The problem is certain managers are suited to certain clubs. Howe built a legacy at Bournemouth over several years. Dyche did the same at Burnley, Potter at Brighton. Would they come here and hit the ground running, possibly, possibly not. They only look so good because they've been given time to develop their squads and build a system. Which is what Rafael should be allowed to do here. Look at Moyes, built a legacy here, went to Man Utd, wasn't allowed time and faltered.
