Basically spot on.

Openly questioning where the next win is coming from.

Questioning the lack of response and motivation from the players.

Pointing out the players arguing and debating the tactical set up during the match.

All the things he should be taking care of that he isn't. Despite them spending months telling us that he was our only hope.

Rarely listen to podcasts,

Spurs, City, Brentford

I think he needs to get 4pts from those games...id be ok with that.

He'd be 6pts off where Id have expected us to be then. Which isnt a total disaster.

There's lots of managers in world football that would have been better than Benitez.

The issue is our incompetent board also think the 'who else was there though' line.
 
The whole set up needs dismantling. Not just Benitez but Brands, Kenwright, Unsworth..

We need a coherent set up throughout the entire playing structure. An academy that plays like the first team and a first team that plays possession based football.

To go from Martinez to Allardyce just shows the lack of identity that the club has. We need a top class sporting director to choose the coach AND have final say on all transfers. None of this letting the coach bring his favourites in (it’s only ever worked with Richi).

Then we need the best training ground coaches the club can find, not just dish the jobs out to any ex player.

And then we need to imbed a style of football and stick with it. Only ever bringing in players or coaches that fit with that style.

The last time that happened with the players on the pitch, was towards the end of Martinez reign.

At least we had Baines and Jageilka in the dressing room then, who could override Brown Shoes clownish tactics and talk some sense to the rest of the team.

The vision and the ethos and structure has to start from the top but the owner who has ploughed a large amount of money into the club is a loose cannon and clearly apart from the stadium has no long term footballing structure

So that’s a loss, a loss, a loss, and definitely a loss… wouldn’t surprise me if we get tonked big time by, one or more of these too…

mess the term free fall invented for us.!
