Im struggling not to like the guy
I don’t know what it is.. but he seems pragmatic and positive… and good combo.. don’t remember his previous clubs coming across in the same way.. I think experience of the ups and downs of football has molded him into a manager that actually fits the personality of our club and it’s fans.. someone we can respect.

Couldnt of put it better myself

We used to play like Brighton.
Lots of possession, sideway passing ending with percentage crossing.

Some of our counter broke down and the passage of play end up with back pass all the way to our centerback.

Needless and aimless passing at the edge of the opponent penalty area which inevitably result in losing possession due to pressure or unforced error, leading to vulnerable counter without a defensive shape.

We’ve played this style under koeman, Martinez, Silva and occasionally under carlo.

Today is a total reversal under Benitez. We’ve become a team that capitalise on meaningless possession football.

Doing well so far so you can't knock him for that. We will get tough matches in the future but so far I am pleased with how things are going, keep it up Rafael lad.

Had us pressing them very high, was lovely to watch.

In recent years when we pressed it often led to the opposition switching and/or slicing right through us. It never really seemed very unified. So far under Benitez our pressing has actually looked intelligent, and well drilled.

The whole structure and style of the team is a bit of a throw back to the Moyes era. Committed, organised, efficient.

For me, the early signs are very promising. He's hardly put a foot wrong and is obviously working his balls off.

He's done well so far despite my fears, a good start some shrewd buys and good tactical switches. We look more organised and fluid on the break he looks like he fits these players more because he trains them and instructs them. I am glad to be proved wrong hopefully we can keep it up and get some reinforcements in to deepen the squad.

He’s very straightforward (except with journalists), that’s what I like about him. He doesn’t care if people like him, he’s not interested in PR, just doing a good job. I respect that.

Give it a rest, the man has had to deal with all manner of pressures, great start, good win today.Fraudo Ancelloti good riddance.
Why are you quoting me hun, I would give raf a new contract now don't tar me with the same brush.
