In this instance, saying Rafael only wanted and experienced RB and then we know we bid for the scottish lad.... it makes it less believable, however, it continues to turn fans against the management. I think he is saying only report on something that is true and not conjecture. You only have to see the number of players we have been linked to despite not having the money to buy to see that they are filling in pages with conjecture many a time. Some may be true but we all know that a lot is Bull.....it is distinguishing between.

The average age of the squad went up this summer, which is mad, even though Townsend was a fine addition.

Now, my issue is that if we lose another 2-3 games before Xmas then Benitez's full focus is going to be on self-preservation in January. It'll be BFS all over again.

That being said, maybe 1-2 wins by then puts us in a position where any signings can be of the younger age... They should be and need to be.

Can we also blame Benitez for Small wanting to leave due to lack of opportunity under Ancelotti who was one of our most talented youngsters coming through the Academy. Ironic how he would probably have a good chance of getting into the first team now that Digne has been dropped.

The biggest problem has put his money in. and potentially is delivering a world class stadium.

While someone else has been around 25yrs and over seen the worst spell in our history. But he’s not the biggest problem. He also sold the club to this big problem. Did he do his homework, or was it because he was going to be kept on.

That depends on if he has concrete assurances from Moshiri that he has a safe job here.

I said it weeks ago - he doesn't look a stressed man whatsoever and im convinced Moshiri has told him you have this job for 2-3 years.
