Do you think they see the way Rafael’s handled the situation and think “this is a guy I respect and want to play for”? If you go have a read of the tactical breakdowns and stats from Rafael’s games on SB Nation then it paints a pretty damning picture, a recurring picture. That’s not to say he never gets it right, that would be highly improbable. Is he getting it right enough though?
