Absolutely back that model when it's done properly (ie the DoF actually has authority to make decisions). We've never had that.

Problem with a DOF is you have to wait six or seven years before you can judge if he’s a good one... think about the money that is wasted in that time.. with a manager you can get shut after two or three years if he’s no good and bring in new players with the new manager.. much better system and less wastage.. when a new manager comes in you just keep the good players he’s bought and the gets rid of the previous managers rubbish players...

That simple. Just get rid of them. Right.

Have you seen our squad? Mostly previous managers garbage, now including the current managers garbage in players like rondon.

If the DoF is allowed to work as they should, then you don't end up with every manager demanding certain players are brought in, or the owner making purchases like tosun and iwobi.

Yeah but you have to look beyond the data, this is were we have been going wrong, Brands, the medical staff, silly contracts, thats were the problems are starting, Rafael is sorting them
