Hey jobs, what's your take on the Moyes vs. Benitez debate? Would we have been better bringing back the Moyesiah rather than the Raffatolah*?

*yeah okay, I deserve a slap for using those nicknames.
I think so. Moyes is more of a coach and builder. Raffa is good when he has a plethora of good players as he seems more tactically inclined. That said, Moyes seems to have developed on that front too going by the results West Ham have got this season.

Its ironic that Brands wanted Moyes while the Mosh Man overruled him to bring in Ancelotti. Hindsight and all that mind.

(I don't think Moyes really considered coming here during the close season though. He has put a lot of work in at WHU)

Brands was right, Kenwright wanted him too, but the fans wouldnt of liked it, another stupid move from Moshiri.

The only thing Raffa will pull of this season is the Mosh Man as he desperately tries to hang onto his job!
His job is as safe as it gets, dont forget everyone thought the Derby would be the final straw and we got proper wacked and his job wasnt even on rocky ground, in fact in the fall out he made his position stronger by getting Brands gone, we have even lost another since and he is still here.

That really made me chuckle, for some reason!

There would have been some serious cryarsing by some tbf

Mind you, the Benitez effect has been quite the thing to behold. Sone very surprising reactions in some quarters.

I wonder if the same pathetic excuses would’ve been trotted out for the eye bleeding football we’ve been witnessing for Moyes ???

One things for sure, he wouldn’t have signed Jaba the Hut as a centre forward.
