You would be forgiven for thinking that this ex kopite infiltrated us with the intent of deliberately trying to get us relegated. Very strongly in the Rafael out camp and have been since probably Watford, following results (Arsenal aside) have only compounded that. The point was more that i am struggling to believe anyone genuinely thinks he’s the right man for this job

That's going too far, throw Richarlison, Mina and Townsend in and we would have won today...BUT Benitez is making himself a problem by falling out with players and being solely in control of who he signs to replace them. Fine if you are winning but he is further widening the gap between those who tolerate and those who hate him and want him out. That gap is now a gulf and he has little or no chance of turning it around, so he may as well go tonight. Anything else is a stay of execution.
