I blame those 3500 travelling Blue Geordies and their bed sheets, for all this rabble rousing going on.

How dare they draw attention to the eye bleeding football tactics and team formation of the manager.

After all, what have they got to be upset about, when everything is so peachy on board the Good Ship Everton.
That's the spirit! Now you're getting the hang of it! ?

I’m not sure you’ve understood the point I was trying to make.

Benitez doesn’t have the personnel to play the way he wants to, you said as much yourself. Guardiola barely broke sweat getting City to play the way he wanted, thanks to their superior players.
A manager, not even necesarily a top one will get the best out of the current group of players BEFORE playing the way he wants, thats just basic non league level of common sense.... Then he introduces his ideas and players over time.

Benitez has massively under achieved and forced a system on them that does not suit hence form has dropped off a cliff... Why are we not playing the same as when we won 3 of our 1st 4 games, the other being a draw at Leeds. Why arent we? That is our best route out yet HE carries on with this 5-4-1/5-2-3 which many wil say is 3-4-3 but it isnt because all 5 at the back are defenders with not a lot going forward.

We got to pray Watford and Newcastle dont start picking up point because we will be in a whole heap of ?, this 5 at the back formation has conceded 5 goals to Brighton and Hull, major footballing elites! Dont give me that we dont have the players when the screenshot is where we were last season WITHOUT Gray, Townsend, Rondon, Begovic, Lonergan, Mykolenko and Patterson.

Top managers get money wherever. Top managers, by definition, have options. We have competition for talent.

Again, to think otherwise is delusional.
For me we should be looking at young managers whose reputation is on the rise and are seeking to step up.
We need to lose the apparent fear we have of appointing anyone who lacks prior PL experience.
We won’t because we are owned and administered by a bunch of useless cowards.

Benitez literally could not be more the opposite of the sort of manager we should have appointed. There’s not a single metric by which he was the correct type.

I suppose the “avoid paying relocation expenses” metric maybe.

So he needs to change his tactics to get the personnel playing a way that suits them, at the end of the day Benitez is being paid an absolute fortune to do a job that he's actually not doing.

They were about 4-strong and spoke for themselves.
I'm with you Dave. I couldn't hear the booing over the sound of the football commentators incorrectly trying to paint a PL side in dreadful league form struggling against the reigning League 1 Champions as being noteworthy.

In fact, thinking about it, the BBC probably dubbed any booing in as part of their ongoing smear campaign against Everton. Disgraceful behaviour.

I wonder if Mark Hughes or Alan Pardew have a blue tie in their wardrobe..........

I'll bet you my last sausage roll Rafael asked for the Mersey tunnel fee to be paid for by the cloob and the Mosh-Man agreed to it. ?‍♂️

I think there was probably some hope he could be a Moyes type figure - after all Moyes managed us at the same time that Benitez managed Liverpool and both are single minded individuals.

That’s unfortunately where the similarities end as Benitez is just a terrible manager who is long past it.

Yeah I mean Moyes totally trumps Benitez's CV doesn't he? lol
