That run as were breaking in final seconds of the game.

Fantastic. Young kid who wants to win.
I thought he did good. Won his individual battle with ease..mopped up well.

Looked raw but looks to have potential by the bucketload for me.

That was so funny that, 3-2 up and hoping to keep it tight and he was doing an 80 yard run like Roy of the Rovers to land the killer 4th goal. Great energy levels that which didn't dip.

Spot on that mate.Pity some of our "so called supporters " choose not to see it.

Just opinions mate and a lot happen in the heat of the moment. I'm wrong about 80% of things during the game because it's easy to be blinkered during the game.

Overall I reckon the vast majority of fans would have seen that as a steady game for a very young player in a new league against what is usually a pub side. He can be pleased with his days work I reckon and he's only going to get better working alongside top pros like Jags and top top top class players like Stones and Galloway as well.

From last season looking as short as anything at the back we now look as solid as anything with options left right and centre

Shocking game for him. If that was half decent opposition the mistakes he made would have cost us big time. Easily pushed of the ball and not composed when defending or distributing.

Hopefully its just nerves, but this guy isn't young and has had plenty of previous first team experience compared to galloway, stones, Browning who have all showed much more composure even on their debuts.

How is he mentioned as being responsible/part responsible for their opener last night? He was on the touchline about 35 yards out when he was tackled and lost the ball. West Brom then lost their advantage. It was Barry who then coughed up the ball in a more dangerous and central area and then Jagielka failed to see the run behind him of Berahino.

What were all these mistakes you're thinking of? Just one example of something he did well last night was for their final corner where Howard came flapping at the cross it was Mori who headed it away. You must have missed that one though...

Don't get me wrong, he had good moments. He just had a lot of moments that boss teas would have taken advantage of. I am sure he is just getting to terms with it all in this league (I hope)

Answered your own question really. 'He was on the touchline about 35 yards out when he was tackled'. He's not a winger.

And Howard came off his line then stopped half way to the ball. I reckon he could have got to it before Berahino if he committed.
