Unfortunately he clearly mustn't think or be getting told by his goalkeeping coaching staff that the alternative is better. It's clearly only a matter of time though, Howard's card is marked.

It will be marked when he has taken us to mid table mediocracy when we should have been challenging for a top four place!

Baines back in is a no-brained. Galloway did well on the whole and I reckon he's one for the future. We're pretty well covered at centre back now and I'm chuffed that funes mori has hit the ground running. I still reckon jags is our most important centre back at the moment

He has his moments positionally as expected with a new league ... love his passion and effort and imo will be a very solid defender next season

He is but he will get better next season , i think his positioning is questionable sometimes , but same could be said for stones regularly

He was introduced gradually, couple of sub appearances at the start and also benched for Stoke and the FA cup game.

Since Baines has come back in from early Dec he has had 7 starts whilst Galloway has had 4.
