I mean, I'd have him over Jags like, but we need a new signing at CB in the summer IMO, because sadly Funes Mori just isn't first team quality for me
As soon as Pennington is back to full fitness I'd put him in the back 3 with Williams and Holgate till the end of the season so he can get some more first team experience. Williams will take care of the two younger lads
Think we could have done with a centre back in January, now we're kind of stuck with him due to the formation we play. Wish we'd gone after Keane earlier in the window, regardless of whether Jagielka was sold or not because lets be honest if we can help it, he's not getting on the pitch again.

Mori has some positives, but he makes too many brainfarts for me. A lot have gone under the radar as he's been lucky that we haven't really conceded from them (as compared to poor Jags), but he has 2/3 almost every game. Also his decision making is suspect, he ball watches quite a lot, and so often let's his man get on the wrong side. He is only young but I don't think he has it in him to get to the level we need if we're to challenge the top 4 regularly.I mean, I'd have him over Jags like, but we need a new signing at CB in the summer IMO, because sadly Funes Mori just isn't first team quality for me

On the positive side, he is first choice for Argentina so does have a good profile. Plus other's will not dissect his performances as critically as we do and outsiders will see him as an important part of the 4th best defence in the premier. So I reckon we could get a good price for him in the transfer market that we could put towards a long term top class replacement.
15m Euro. Watch him go abroad and turn into the next Mascherano. So do I actually, especially from a side in Spain or Italy
Good god man, pull yourself together
every defender is prone to mistakes, show me one that isn't? Mori makes them maybe more than some but hes a very good player, hes also first choice centre back for one of the top 3 international teams in the world, I think that qualifies him as good enough for our team too personally.
Our form has improved a lot since he made the starting 11, he also chips in with more goals than the average CB
I think you're right although he's no Mascherano.15m Euro. Watch him go abroad and turn into the next Mascherano.
I reckon we'd have got Burnley to crack if we'd gone in early doors.
I'm not overly fussed by Keane though I have to say. He's alright like.
