Reckon Deadline Day is a hidden part of the TV deal personally, most people "signed" on TDD were done weeks earlier.

Probably, and maybe this is why they don't mention many rumours in the last week or so of the deadline, but jump straight on any news of deals being off, as they've done with Yarmolenko.

Nobody knows much. 'Sky Sources' are blokes off twitter for the most part, and the Mirror consistently prove themselves as pure tosh. I do doubt, even though I know this is Everton and Everton do Everton things (best GOT quote in a long time courtesy of @Tubey), that we would have got him flown over and at the game if we weren't confident of getting the permit done. I'd imagine that the hearing will be tomorrow or Thursday - it won't be Wednesday with the Barnsley game, and that this deal will be tied up one way or the other soon enough.
