Oh no, basically what I think is happening is that RBL are publicly saying they're happy to play Spartak "away" in a neutral ground, but it's up to UEFA where that is, the date, if it happens etc.
I suspect in the background they're hoping UEFA cancel the tie which is where the Bild article comes from.

Spartak officially kicked out of EL. You'd suspect a bye to QF's as adding in another team would probs be a nightmare.

Busy 'English weeks' as they call them continue for RBL with an away trip in the cup QF against second division Hannover. Tedesco makes a further 7 changes for tonight's trip back to the probable strongest XI but that does mean they might be out of gas for the very important league game vs Freiburg on Saturday. Hannover aren't doing so great in the second division but have a new manager and come into this unbeaten in 3 and 2 wins in the last two so won't be straightforward. Still should be an obvious victory but it's the cup and all the other massive sides are already knocked out.

£12m they sold him for. They've let go of some insane talents from the academy though. In their pursuit of the CL, spending big on player, they neglected a brilliant academy.

Back to league action and it is a massive clash with 4th vs 5th as Freiburg come to the Red Bull Arena. Will be an extremely tough game against as very well drilled side with the joint best defense in the league and unbeaten in 3 now. Tedesco continues the rotation with 5 subbed out from the cup game; little bit surprised by this since next week's midweek game in the EL has been cancelled and Furth awaiting them next weekend. Olmo and Haidara, two of the best midweek, on the bench along with Silva. Wouldn't be shocked to see 2-3 subs at half-time if it's a slow start. Was looking forward to watching more of Kevin Schade for them who will be a top player but just the bench for him. Point here would be very good.
