RB Leipzig

Undoubtably, Leipzig will be favourites to get to the final, but we're a different animal in Europe as Dortmund found out. Pressure is all on RBL, looking forward to it!

You've been saying that since the qualifiers Div!! ?

Look at the bold Broderick from Bearsden full of the gallus.

Let's see what you have to say after Leipzig do the Blitzkreig Bop at the "Big Hoose".

RBL Matchday

It’s 3rd vs 4th this evening as Leverkusen host Leipzig with the victor claiming 3rd spot. Tedesco has rung in the changes from Thursday’s EL game with no less than 7 new players starting today with one eye on next weeks cup semi. Could go well, could massively backfire & Andre Silva really needs a goal. Would take a point here against a full strength Bauer but should be an entertaining one regardless.

Game is LIVE from 18.30pm.

How’s he got on, that Szoboszlai(sp?)? Seemed like a lot of fanfare around him, but was on the bench a lot to begin with.

They just eased him in? Looking like the player they signed now?

He was much more in favour when Marsch was here but at the minute he's behind in the pecking order to the established front 3 (Silva, Nkunku & Olmo). He's been getting more minutes recently as both an attackind mid and a striker. Very talented boy, maybe not quite as hard working as the other 3 but special player and still only 21.

Despite his lack of minutes that's now 10 goals, 8 assists in all comps for the season.

Seems some noise about Nkunku leaving, does that give him his chance next year?

1-0 FT

Huge huge huge win in the race for the CL spots as RBL overtake Leverkusen into 3rd and take a 2 point lead. There are 4 league games to go before a turbulent season is wrapped up (hopefully with a couple of trophies too).
