Funny, but both Rangers and RBL have been on a similar journey(for different reasons) over the last 10 years or so and for both clubs to be now playing each other to decide which one of them will reach a Major European final is pretty incredible tbh?

Yeh they don't often make errors in the transfer market in terms of ability nor personality - helps they're all similar ages too but some great lads. I think a final between them both would anger so many people though with both clubs technically being like 10-15 years old lol

RBL Matchday

Feels like they're playing every day at the moment still being in 3 competitions but it's back to league action and déjà vu as the Bulls host Union at home for the second time in 4 days. Tedesco understandably makes 6 changes from Wednesday night's cup semi to keep players fresh for next Wednesday so hopefully Nkunku comes through this game unscathed. I'm expecting a heavy sense of revenge on the cards from Union's players who are still fighting for a European place whilst RBL try to tighten their grip on 3rd place. Tense game, could go either way really, see how fresh both teams are.

Well, nice start to the 2nd half as Nkunku crosses in, Union defender with a bad header & Poulsen slams in the half volley.

Sake, 86th minute equaliser that shouldn't have been. Can't see either team winning at the death though as they are both knackered.

Poor to give up the game at the death but much rather today than in the Wednesday game. Slip down to 3rd now after Leverkusen won with 6 points separating 3rd from 7th in a really tight Bundesliga European race. Onto Wednesday now for the first leg vs Rangers.

*gulp* here we go, the first leg of the Europa League semi-final at home to Rangers. Unfortunately RBL are without 3 key players for the first leg through suspension namely 2 of their 3 starter centre halves so it'll be a nervy game against a team that loves to swing balls into the box. Rangers without Roofe and Morelos but still tricky players on the pitch to do damage. Rangers have taken thousands over to Germany for this and with RBL's recent struggling performances (despite the wins) I reckon it'll be advantage Rangers come full time. Should be a good atmosphere in the stadium.

Hope you're right, but we're playing as you say without a recognised striker and although Bassey has been outstanding this season he's a left back playing centre half!! Barisic defensively gives me the fear!!
Team have excelled in Europe for the last few years so heres hoping we can give a big performance tonight.
