RB Leipzig

Maybe, but he's usually solid, got a fair few goals. Frey played quite well but still lacks the goals. Would've been great to have him here though, not gonna lie - limited goal scoring chances but gives his all and strong at holding up the ball and has a few assists to his name too, which is good to see.

Also as much as they've solidified the back over the last 10 or so games - no goals means no wins, even if the draws are good because at least no points are lost... Dunno, we'll see.

I don't want it to, but it might come down to it, or at least the last few games. It's a guaranteed loss vs RBL more than anything, but Schalke are known to pull off some ridiculous results when it matters lol Should be enough in the tank to secure it before then though, I'd hope - as you say just don't finish dead last, which seems doable on current form/run.

12 defeats in the last 13 for Hoffenheim, they are plummeting. Just need to keep staying solid and you'll finish above them.

Only small reason I want Schalke down is that then Tom Krauss comes back

Well, Reis has the team set up solidly so I think/hope it ends better, definitely feels better than the relegation season... I still don't believe that team was as bad as Wagner made them be, the absolute fraud. Some very good players in there, some very average BuLi players at the very least, but rock bottom and no win in 18 (when he got sacked) was absolutely shocking.

Ninja edit: Krauss is very tidy on the ball but doesn't seem to create/score a lot, or is that just me? Like he's not a holding midfielder, but he's not a creative one either. I think he's been tried at both frequently... Good pressing, good movement but final ball is ??????
Then again, barely any goals anyway... lol

2-0 City

Haaland with the pen, Haaland with the head. Pen was harsh but he also should have had one given against him very end of the first leg so a bit of evening out done there I reckon.

RBL Matchday

Redemption arc for the boys surely? An away trip to lowly Bochum who have the worst defensive record in the league is just what the doctored ordered after Tuesday's dry bumming in Manchester. Sadly, Kevin Kampl starts again so may as well give them another 7 goals here. Should win, probs won't now.

Game is LIVE from 14.30pm.
