- Club, along with some of the other larger teams, are donating money to help struggling Bundesliga/B2 teams.

RBL Transfer News
- Due to COVID-19 there is an understanding that if a transfer window occurs this Summer it will be much harder for all clubs to buy & sell at the same prices they were looking at and thus teams will be sniffing around for release clauses or deals that only run till 2021 (Upamecano & Klostermann example).
- RBL have till June 15th to take up the previously agreed options to purchase Patrick Schick (Roma) and Angelino (Man City) for a combined 60m which before coronavirus was high but not too high - this may now change. Nagelsmann loves Angelino and Schick is an upgrade on Poulsen (rumoured to want out this Summer). "It is clear that there are two players who are very good to us and where we think about working with them in the long term," said Krösche.
- Yvon Mvogo, long been linked to a move away from the club permanently, is now closer to agreeing a new deal with RBL but to be sent out next season on loan to get a full season under his belt - possibly to Schalke.
- Club are looking into a few youngsters ahead of next season: Pablo Perez (LB - Sevilla), Maceo Sow (GK - Paris FC), Jeremy Doku (LW - Anderlecht), Brandon Soppy (RB - Rennes), Steve Mvoue (CM - As Azur Star).
- Long-term target Robin Koch (Freiburg) is still definitely on the list to fill the void of Ilsanker being able to play defensive midfield and central defense. Other teams circling as his deal only runs till 2021. Club were close in January but Freiburg pulled the plug last minute.
- Club also linked with Nice's Malang Sarr again as a possible Upamecano replacement if he moves this Summer - can play both centre half and left-back.
- Sporting Director Markus Krosche confirmed interest in PSG's exciting youth talent Tanguy Kouassi who's consistently rebuffed a contract at PSG and could leave for free this Summer: "Of course it's an interesting boy. He has already made a few games for PSG and scored a few goals. Since we have let's see just how that evolved" said Krosche. Man City and Barcelona also interested as well as the possibility of staying at PSG due to Leonardo stepping in to try sort out a contract.
- If Timo Werner does leave this year then the club have lined up 3 possible young replacements that fit a similar profile: Adam Hlozek of Sparta Prague (been bigged up by Patrick Schick to do well here), Kaio Jorge of Santos FC who is a regular for Brazil U17's and FC Copenhagen's Mohammed Daramy who has been linked to the club since 2018.
