The "big decisions" even themselves out over the course of a season according to the pundits ,well we will be due a shedload in these forthcoming games won't we?

West Ham have long gone there’s only 4 teams that can go down. Agree Forest are done for.Looking at the teams around us run ins, Forest and Southampton will do incredibly well not to go down.
Wolves, Palace, Leeds and Bournemouth all have enough good fixtures, if any of them go down they've had a shocker.
Both us and Leicester have a mixture, and it could go either way. Leicester are sinking without a trace whilst we need to put a horrid result and performance behind us by beating Fulham, who represent our easiest chance at 3 points before the end of the season. Hopefully the Yank makes Leicester even worse somehow.
West Ham don’t convince me at all and I think they’ll be bang in there until the final day. Busy schedule and some very tough games in there too.
One of 3 teams to fill that final spot for me.
No mitrovic,no Silva,no problemsSomehow? It's at home we should beat them at Goodison.
Leeds win one game suddenly they're a form teamAnd better than no one above us.
We don’t beat Fulham then it’s one win in 8 for Dyche. People won’t have it but we were clearly fortunate to get a point against Chelsea and Spurs otherwise it would look even worse than it already is.
A couple of games ago it was any one from 7/8 that could go down, the group has now been whittled down to 4 it seems. Let’s hope none of those below us run into Bournemouth or Leeds type form
2 wins in 3 tbf. I would think they win today and if so it’s 3 in 4Leeds win one game suddenly they're a form team
Well by your logic we will beat Bournemouth and Fulham as well which would put us above Bournemouth and keep us above Southampton even if they won all 3 of those, so it's all good.West Ham have long gone there’s only 4 teams that can go down. Agree Forest are done for.
I notice that Southampton have 3 home games that they could and are likely favourites to win:
Palace, Bournemouth and Fulham.
Well I said they could and are likely favourites. I would say we could beat and we are favourites against Fulham but it’s not guaranteed we will win. I would expect us to beat both them and Bournemouth, yes but they’re no slam dunks.Well by your logic we will beat Bournemouth and Fulham as well which would put us above Bournemouth and keep us above Southampton even if they won all 3 of those, so it's all good.
Any opportunity to come out from under there rocks, cry and spin the negative message. Thinks its telling when a result looks positive its dead on here. Why did losing to Man Utd, a result that was incredibly likely beforehand, turn everyone into bed wetting lunatics?
Strictly speaking mate our future is still firmly in our own hands. Other teams’ results speed up or slow down the process of making ourselves safe. Yesterday was a disappointment of course but the dominoes towards saving ourselves are falling into place. We might have been adrift in bottom 3 with a wrecked goal difference. Instead, we are just above water with three teams below us who, so long as we win next week, might be at arm's length from us next week. Our challenge then will be to keep them at arm’s as the matches run out. Tricky but doable.Obviously subsequent results did that. But that’s where we are. In the hands of other teams results realistically.
Why do you reckon West Ham are safe? Save for a lucky OG they would be 1 point ahead of us with some very unpleasant fixtures to come.West Ham have long gone there’s only 4 teams that can go down. Agree Forest are done for.

I doubt if that will be enough for them but something to bear in mind
I cant see it that way. Look at the table.Well I said they could and are likely favourites. I would say we could beat and we are favourites against Fulham but it’s not guaranteed we will win. I would expect us to beat both them and Bournemouth, yes but they’re no slam dunks.
They've lost 4 games in a row, the guy who scores half of their goals is suspended, as is their manager. They can't make Europe, they can't go down and we're at home. They're only ever won once at Goodison in their history. If we can't win we are in big trouble.I cant see it that way. Look at the table.
This is going to be a very tough fixture and in reality we enter it as second favourites. Yes, Mitrovic is a massive miss for them, but they are well capable of taking all three points and certainly a draw off us. They've had a great season and will want to prove after two defeats they're not a one man band.
We'll need a performance full of aggression and focus to win that game.
Yes, it's winnable. Bit it's not one I'd put into the 'likely win' category.
