I was reading something the other day about the teams around us all trying to get the financial fair play situation rushed and if not they want money if we stay up. It got me thinking if this goes against us and we do manage to stay up are we already relegated next season if they take a load of points off us before the season even starts

Not sure this helps our cause...

Professional Footballers with a wealth of recovery platforms available for them.
Probably made it back to london at like 2-3am, recovery today (in whatever way) and back on it tokorrow for training.

Back to “celebrate” with their fans in Rice’s last game at home? Yeah it’s going to be just fine.

Leeds have all the pressure and West Ham will have 60,000 fully backing them and not on their back.

Like Wolves, West Ham wont want to lose their last home game of the season before heading to a final.

But I had Leeds and Leicester both beating West Ham in my little run in predictions - based on West Ham being a bit naff themselves, having sod all to play for with a final. I also think Moyes rests one or two. His defining moment in his career as a manager is coming up - the chance to actually win a trophy - will he want to risk the likes of Rice vs a Leeds team fighting for their lives?

If we were them, would I want Dyche playing Calvert-Lewin vs Leeds when there's a final coming up?

It being their last home game hopefully helps a lot.

The only thing you would say, is you want to win to keep momentum going.

I actually think if they lost last night it would be worse, as its effectively season over.

Western Hamwich United will be returning home to a heroes' reception and will want to put on a show for their fans in the final home game. What they may lack in energy they'll likely more than make up for in adrenaline.

My predictions for this weekend:

Wolves 1 - 1 Everton
West ham 1 - 2 leeds
Forest 1 - 1 arsenal
Newcastle 3 - 0 Leicester

I think we will go into the final game bottom 3.

The final is on the 7th June, so 19 days from now.

I’d say it works in our favour. They won’t be resting the likes of Rice etc because of the big gap to the final.

They’ll play, they’ll all want to play, and even if they don’t, in will come lads desperate for a place in the squad.

West Ham's results after European games on the Thursday:

Lose 2-0 v Brighton
Win 1-0 v Villa
Lose 1-0 v Everton
Win 3-1 v Fulham
Draw 1-1 v Southampton
Lose 1-0 v Man Utd
Lose 2-1 v Palace

Draw 1-1 v Villa
Win 1-0 v Southampton
Draw 2-2 v Arsenal
Win 4-0 v Bournemouth
Lose 2-0 v Brentford

Won just 4 of their 12 games after playing in Europe. Add in the hangover and it'll be difficult to expect them to get anything against an up-for-it Leeds.

That said, it's still in our hands and I still think 4 points keeps us up.

Only 1 of those teams are as bad as Leeds (Southampton) and they have defeated 3 others.

It's actually 15 points from 12 games, which is better than their season form. So it sort of shows there isnt any correlation to their performance after European games. If anything their form improves relative to other games.

How did you predict Leeds to get on in the other game?

Loads thought Leed would win last week.

We will probably draw, Forest will get tonked, and Leeds will lose/draw.

I just think Arsenal might have gone off the boil, it’s the exact sort of away game they might not be up for given the title is gone. Who knows though.

Beating Wolves and hopefully putting Forest below is going into the last day would make me feel a lot better!
Arsenal play BEFORE city and can still mathematically win it. No chance they aren't up for this (I hope).

Loads thought Leed would win last week.

Because west ham will rest most of their team. They have a chance of silverware in a couple of weeks and are all but safe.

No way will West ham be fielding a strong side or playing anywhere near 100 percent.

West ham will want to win the trophy for their fans.

Forest may get tonked in fairness.

They are at home, and on a much better run. They are a much better team than Leeds, and have won 3 of their last 8 V 0 of their last 8 for Leeds.

Leeds are huge underdogs. It means nothing, but the likely outcome is Leeds dont win.
Leeds are going to play a B Team of a team who are 6 points above them.

West Ham are 7/5 and Leeds are 9/5. That is not “huge underdogs” by any metric
