IMO Leeds need a miracle every much as B'mouth and S'ton.

Put them away on Saturday and they'll find it hard to get out of that.

This is the first of the massive games.

Bournemouth and Southampton are gone. Leeds are a bad appointment of their own away from joining them. Some really uninspiring names there and Marsch linked with Southampton.

Dyche and Goodison crowd will see us okay at least to repeat last season. Leeds will need a last day escape of their own again. All very deja vu.

We've exceeded expectations by beating Arsenal. Losing to them away is par. The trouble is we don't have goals in the team. It's that simple really. We've wasted money on crap and sold our only two goalscorers from last season. That's a recipe for disaster and Dyche has a monumental task on his hands.

We may bludgeon our way to safety with a few 1-0s and draws, but im doubtful it'll be enough.

Once this season is over, I just hope we didn't ruin our chance of survival by not sacking FL before the WC and buying a striker. Because I fear that's what will have done it for us this season.

Yes, but after every win we get - like against Arsenal - the deficiencies we have will be seen as negotiable...and every defeat we have, like tonight, those deficiencies will be seen as unnegotiable.

We have to take a balanced assessment after two tough games - two tough that we really had no right to demand and get 3 points from.

IMO - and I've said for a couple of weeks - 6 wins will see us through.

Beat Leeds and we're looking for 5 wins from 15 games. Tough but doable.

If Dominic Calvert-Lewin isn’t fit we’re getting relegated. Really hoping to bin the players and start fresh with Bielsa. It’s going to suck to lose Onana.
Don’t want Bielsa anywhere near the team, was literally happy to see the club go down while he would’ve coached the kids who 99% of which will never make it.

Forget about him. We're going to have to try and do it without him...hence this:

Perspective needed.

Once the dust settles, we’ve took 3 points from games against the lead leaders and on the loca derby, away.

The game doesn’t define the season, but next week May.
We need to win our home games. Same as last season. They showed a stat and i think it said we have won 2 in 27 away games. I hope the people who organise the coach welcomes start them this saturday coz we need all the help we can get. Its up to the fanbase again like it or not. The arsenal match should be evidence even to the most cynical blue of just what we can achieve. The enemy is in the boardroom dont allow their collective mistakes drag us down.

Oh stop being so sensible.
We are just not good enough in so many positions
Not enough quality
Not enough consistency
Not enough effort generally
Not enough skill
Not enough running
Not enough goal scorers
Not enough goal makers
But overall not enough to compete with most teams in the Prem

Let's be honest

The Goodison crowd will keep the club up again. The Arsenal game showed that.
