Unfortunately people are looking at our fixtures and dont see where the goals and points are coming from...

Forget Chelsea A, Spurs H, Man Utd A, Newcastle H, Brighton A, Man City H and Wolves A.

The remaining 5 games are all MUST WIN - Forest A, Brenford H, Fulham H, Palace A, Leicester A & Bournemouth H

See... there isnt 5 or 6 wins for us in there....

Its game over, Dyche wont turn this around, not now........
Would be amazed if we got 8 points between now and the rest of the season. We've long been relegated, I've come to terms with it but it won't stop it hurting will it. At least we will be able to plan for the championship long before preseason which could be a blessing. There is absolutely no chance of us getting 5 wins with our forward options.

We have to stay in with a fight. Nottingham Forest isn't "a must win or we're down", provided we can beat Brentford at Goodison.

4 points from the next 6 would be brilliant.

If we go down, the board have nobody to blame other than themselves. Their negligence has condemned the club.
The board are already on the PR offensive. Seen loads on Twitter parroting the "split fanbase hurting the team" narrative and people suggesting protests need to end until the end of the season. PR charge being led by Prentice's wife. She's dixie's granddaughter dontcha know.

No one could turn this around given the attacking options we have. If we brought Dyche in following the World Cup, we still wouldn't have scored any goals. And we wouldn't have taken a point off City b/c Gray wouldn't have even been on the pitch.

Our attackers are mind-numbingly terrible

How does our board not bring ANYONE in in January?

That's a rhetorical question - don't answer that

Man Utd, Brighton, and City. Apart from those 3 teams if we get our act together I think we can get points of sorts from all those other teams above.

We wont score a goal in the majority of them games..... 1 goal against and we are as good as done, seen it a few times.

I thought a Dyche side would be tough to beat, dogged and determined, we conceded 1 goal and we just crumble....... From what I`ve seen from Dyche`s team, started well but the bounce is over, be lucky to get 3 more wins from the last 13. Every metric is worse than last season with a much much tougher run of fixtures, get ready for the Championship people.

I predicted we will finish on 34 points and we are already a point behind that.... Grim!

We are proper bottom feeders. Given our total lack of goals if we concede in a game we will either lose or scrape a 1-1 draw. We must rely on 0-0 or 1-1 draws or 1-0 wins. I honesty can’t see any other result apart from those that will produce any points in the remaining fixtures. So unless someone in the team suddenly hits an amazing scoring streak that runs across numerous games, unlikely, we are an absolute sitting duck to get picked off by our relegation rivals. I can’t see how we can survive this season

Goalscoring is a massive issue, how do we compare to other recently relegated sides? Out of the 15 sides relegated in the last 5 years only 4 have a worse or equal Goals per Game than us, all those 4 teams finished bottom.....

Everton 22/23, 25 played 17 scored GPG 0.68

21/22
Burnley 34 0.89, Watford 34 0.89, Norwich 23 0.61

20/21
Fulham 27 0.71, West Brom 35 0.92, Sheff Utd 20 0.53

19/20
Bournemouth 40 1.05, Watford 36 0.95, Norwich 26 0.68

18/19
Cardiff 34 0.89, Fulham 34 0.89, Huddersfield 22 0.58

17/18
Swansea 28 0.74, Stoke 35 0.92, West Brom 31 0.82

Another issue that’s starting again like last season is the inability to draw a game. We got a few draws at beginning of season at Brentford, Leeds and Fulham but haven’t got a draw since October. This is because whenever we go 1 down or are pegged back at 1-1 we go to absolute bits every time we concede, this is a massive problem and an indicator of the mental frailties in this team and another reason why it’s more than likely this team will go down.

Draw against City on 31 Dec

Heads drop cos no one has faith in anyone else scoring. Well, besides whoever we're against that day.
siggurs 25+ goals
Richarlison 43+ goals
Cal-Lewin 46+ goals (I acknowledge he's still on our books)
Maupay 1 goal - fit and playing

We aint done enough to keep the side attacking. Of those four, two are long gone and Cal-Lewin has been injured on-off for nigh two years.
Time to pay the piper, you pilot your boat through shortcuts eventually you find the rocks and you're sunk. We lived on a miracle last season, and now we're tough-sheet out of luck.

Damn the cretins that have done this and shame on them for eternity.

Shambles.

Dunno how Palace are that far ahead. Seem like they draw or lose every week.
They are 6 points ahead of Everton. If they draw or lose every week they are picking up a lot of points from their draws, its not that much of a challenge to see how they are 6 draws clear of Everton.
