A couple of weeks ago people were talking about potentially 0 points from the next 3 games, accepting we would slip back but hopefully still be in touch to attack the games after this tricky spell. Now 2 games in, 2 points on the board.

A loss away at OT would be no surprise and probably see us in bottom 3 by a point or two but it could have been a lot worse without the fight shown and late goals scored. And hey, it might not be a loss.

I'm feeling cautiously confident.

Why aren’t we talking about this more? All the teams around us have to play eachother? Surely that can only be good for us as they will be taking points away from each other. Am I missing something?

It would be a good thing if there was only one relegation spot realistically in play.

All three remain active so it just gives more teams the chance to get up to 38/39 points.

I moved away a few years back. Leeds fan in the pub was absolutely gutted when the goal went it. Had a chat with him and he said when he thought about it was an overreaction on his part as he doesn't have Everton getting relegated.

Its funny how fans of other sides see it.
