They have much much more about them than we`ve shown at any point since Brighton last season. 4 defeats from 4 incoming....

Had a watch of Burnley....

They're actually weaker than last season. Tella scored 20 + goals but they couldn't get him permanently from Southampton and he's gone to Leverkusen. Maatsen playing a bit at Chelsea so no chance of getting him back on loan and I'm not sure why they haven't agreed anything with Man. City considering Harwood-Bellis is miles down their pecking order.

They have loads of new signings in their team and really not sure on the quality of some of them. Surprised Kompany isn't playing experienced guys like Josh Brownhill and Jay Rodriguez while some of the new signings bed in as those guys know the premier league at least.

Spurs up next so three home defeats in a row isn't a great start regardless of who they've played.

The one positive thing for Everton is that the 3 promoted teams are probably as bad as there has recently been as a group. Easy to see all of them struggling to get much over 30 points which lowers the survival target.

Spot on...this was always going to be the easier season to stay up. This is why I keep saying that with some improvement in the squad, we would be really unlucky to go down.
