What concerns me is the transfer window closes on 31st Jan at 11pm - a lot of the current squad is poor - will we be adding to it or risk the fact we will go down.

DF showed me nothing yesterday, to say he can do the job. It maybe one game but I expected us to be a lot better than we were yesterday. id DF loses against Newcastle is is done?

Arsenal / RS / Chelsea / Spurs / Man Utd and US.......are the only teams never to be relegated from the premier league.....do not want us to lose that status.

If Watford had not scored and against Newcastle last week....Newcastle would be only 2 points behind us and we play them next in the league.

If the club have a manager in mind they need to hire him so he has enough time to get some sort of players in transfer window - otherwise we are gone.

1. This is a stupid vault.
2. It was from 2 months ago when we'd played only 12 games.
3. With a good manager in place my point stands
4. I don't deny the position we are currently in. I've posted recently saying we're in trouble unless we get a manager in that can grind out results.

Not really Burnley will have played another game and if they get nothing from it, they are no nearer to us, so they are no nearer a threat than they were before the weekend.

We need a new manager. This week if possible. Because yesterday underlined that these players aren't going to hand a new bounce to an assistant they've had with them and who's essentially one of them.

This season will essentially come down to a handful of games for us. Newcastle home and away, Burnley/ Watford away and leeds home. All huge games for us.

If we win 4 out of 5 of those we will be fine. Lose 3 of them and we are doomed.

I remember our last two real brushes with relegation and I think this side is worse than either of those.

We’ve got enough games to play at home so I think we should be alright.

The other teams down there have got a nightmare run as well as us.
