I don't know what the problem is. It's 100% true what he said. When was the last time the club showed any ambition? 80s probably
Erm have you been following us? Do you know much we have spent?

We didn't lack ambition, but we do now in the short run, and for cause.Apparently we lack ambition, that's why he joined spurs.
Can we stop the hero worship now
We have spent a lot of money, but look at the way the club has been run day to day. It's a mess. Do you think Kenwright cares about winning trophies? Moshiri was going on about expected losses. There's a culture of mediocrity running through the club from the top downErm have you been following us? Do you know much we have spent?
As a fan base we have such a weird obsession with ex players. It’s only a matter of time before there’s a “SHUD WE BRING BACK RICHY” thread on the horizon. It happens with every half decent and up ex player. It’s utterly bizarre isn’t it. Don’t get people who feel one extreme or the other about him, he’s just a player that player for us for a few years, was mostly decent, sometimes poor and sometimes good, and then left and we made money on him. I can’t get into the headspace where I care about how he does at Spurs one way or the other.
He was off the pace today, but to be fair so was most of the team the first 50-60 minutes. I'm hoping he starts our next game vs Arsenal as he looks made for playing derbys.

Oh we all know it's true , it's the kick in the teeth we didn't deserve. We bent over backwards and dropped everything to keep him happy. He doesn't need to pick faults out against us after being treated like an emperor for four years.I don't know what the problem is. It's 100% true what he said. I guess it depends how you interpret.Oh we all know it's true , it's the kick in the teeth we didn't deserve. We bent over backwards and dropped everything to keep him happy. He doesn't need to pick faults out against us after being treated like an emperor for four years.
They consistently play in the champions league, have one of the world's best managers, have world class players, etcAnd what have Spurs won? If he wanted trophies then he gone to the wrong club.
I'm no fan of Richarlison - he doesn't appear, let alone stand out, in any pantheon of Everton greats - but the loss of Ancelotti and the paltry warchest of 1.7m given to his successor would have any moderately ambitious player heading for the exit.I've a feeling he's clearly pointing towards failing to keep hold of Ancelotti and spending 1.6 million the year before he left. We are trying to steady the ship right now and that's as much ambition as we have so he's right
He's worded it poorly or been poorly translated.

We allowed him to prioritise Brazil at the drop of a hat. Never dropped him , played him were he wanted, treated him like a sultan. I don't get why he has to come out and throw haymakersI don’t really agree with this. We signed him, we paid him, he played fairly well, he got his step up. The way our fans treated him or looked up to him wasn’t his doing was it.
