Anyway, its all moot at this point, I mean im not saying we cant discuss it, after all its why we forum, but we dont know if we are overpaying, buying a flop or getting in early on the next big thing, the last thing im doubtful of, im gonna be totally honest, im leaning towards OMG WHAT ARE WE DOING myself if im honest, but like the SUPER BLOO that I am, I will accept it for what it is and support the boy and give him every chance to win my heart.

It's all relative, isn't it. What if those four goals a season average helped us get 4th-5th place in the league? He might have an average of 8-9 assists a season?

I'm gonna be optimistic and say he can improve on 5 goals and 5 assists in a better team with hopefully a settled manager situation and with actual time off which he hasn't had in awhile do to how the South American and Europe seasons overlap. He's also 21

He’s currently produced one season of bolasie stats mate. Assuming he carries that on and doesn’t continue to flop all season like he has since November. Do you see anyone paying 50m for him? Other question , for such a talented young player , are there any other clubs in for him? Nope! None? Why? Because the fee is extortionate

That said, I wish incoming managers didn’t always seem to buy in players from their old clubs. They’re almost never worth it.

Really? So when we said we got 90m for lukaku it was really 70? Awesome now I feel much better about this deal :)

It's £35m plus add ons, the player is 5 months older than Lookman, he's a Brazillian with pace and skill and will improve. Silva knows and trusts him, i'll trust his knowledge to yours I think. Really feel some of our fans deserve Danny Welbeck .
