Bit disappointing again, his decision making has been poor most of the season. Graft is the minimum we should expect. Do believe he's better through the middle and hope he played ther if DCL is rested at some point.

If Theo Walcott had put in a performance like that today, he would have got hammered on GOT.

Thought he was poor today. Had two very good chances to make it 3-1 late in the second half, not sure why 1) he chose to pass to Iwobi instead of shoot, and 2) tried to cut inside Maitland-Niles instead of shoot. His theatrical nonsense at times too is just silly.

His work-rate is still up there, but we know Richy can be much, much better with his end product.

Yeah I think he could do with a rest. Given that we'll have the bulk of the possession against Sheffield United on Boxing Day, I'd be inclined to rest him for that one and play James to pick a way through their defence.

Richarlison should be a cert for the Cup quarter-final and then Manchester City on the 28th.

Ironically with how well we are doing in the league this is the one year we could have done with being out the cup comps at this stage as the whole starting 11 need a good rest before Sheff Utd/Man City with the shift they have all put in the last 3 games against tough opposition.

This midweek game comes at a poor time and for me should have been scheduled for January.

Baffling how they chose to fit them in during an already hectic schedule.

Was everywhere again and carried the ball and made the right runs when we were on the counter. When he won a goal kick next to our corner flag like it was nothing. He is quality.

Problem is that there isn't a single free game day. The semi final is the first week of January, then there are midweek games in the league or FA Cup right through to mid February.

If we were to get to the Final of the Carabao Cup and the 5th round of the FA Cup we would have 2 games a week between now and February 13th.
