I like him a lot but I would be tempted to sell him if the right offer came in. Last season wasn't the best for him, and I can't help but think that after back-to-back summer tournaments he's going to look quite laboured this season. If he has another bad season then we'll struggle to get more than what we paid.

Selling DCL , James and Richarlison . Anymore for anymore , I presume given his upturn in form we probably need to shift Pickford and obviously Godfrey and then we’ll have a proper side right ?

Problem is we have too many areas needed to improve the squad without having to need to worry about this.

I love the lad but he's acted a complete bell over this and I just cant see him being on it next season after playing a congested PL season followed by 2 international tournaments one after another before another season.

Get someone like Zaha in who can play across the front 3 and have him on the bench for as long as needs be - he can't complain when he's got splinters in his arse.

Swap Richarlison for Zaha, and get Ings in! Have you taken your medication?

He had a bad season, I would like him to stay but if the money is good then move him on. I’m, not sure why he would stay with us. I have lost any and all respect I had for the club. We are a shambles and he could be planting champs league and winning somewhere else.

Told the press we didn't want him to go the Olympics (not obligated to release him either) ...... Other clubs aren't releasing their players which is why he got call up.

Rafael already has a battle on his hands with our mercenary heavy squad. He needs to come out of this on top. Whether you like Rafael or not or whether you want him here - he needs to be the boss and not have his authority undermined.

Agreed. I wouldn’t have let him go. We need all hands on deck this season and as one of most important players he needs to be there. I guess he is trying to keep the important players onside? Honestly Ive never been less excited for a season that this one.

Daft him playing back to back tournaments like that - ripe for an injury when he comes back. Feels like a lot of players don’t respect the club - like they’re doing us a favour by even being on the payroll - all those shenanigans with James at the end of the season and now this.

Wouldn’t mind but he was really poor for the majority of last season, played with a titty lip all year and then this.

honestly, he needs to be sold.

He's playing too much football and he's going to end up with a bad injury and then his valuation is going to plummet. Then we'll loose him as a player and we'll end up selling him at a loss.

Will be like tosun could of gotten £20m for him but then he got a bad injury and now hes going to walk out the door for sod all.
