I know the words common sense and Everton are not often used in the same sentence, but I would hope that Everton has contingencies in place for the impact of losing each of the first team...clearly, part of Brands team's role would be an oversight on players that can fill that gap. Everton will lose its best players to bigger clubs that's just a reality, Succession planning is a key part of growth for any business so dependent on individual talent to be successful.

History, unfortunately, suggests you should perhaps not be too optimistic

I’m a massive fan of Richarlison but if we had an offer of £100m we’d have to take it.

It would solve our financial issues overnight.

Only problem is that most of the obvious players I would’ve liked us to bring in as an alternative have already moved, like Bailey.

We'll likely sell him regardless next summer when clubs abroad have more dough to throw around but he isn't going anywhere with a week to go in the window imo.

The stats are frightening without him playing vs playing. If spurs can keep a player of Kanes quality we can keep Richarlison.

But Kane is Spurs through and through (he’s one of their own remember) Richarlison has no attachment to Everton. Sadly as one of our better players he sees us a stepping stone to a bigger club.

Not for me mate - 7 days left of the window we'll panic buy and blow the money on overpriced tat.

Next summer spend a wad then sell Richy if he wants out like Villa did with Grealish.

I think kane wanted out 100% but levy held the cards and decided he wasnt folding. Kane had no choice and so changed his mind and acting it was the spurs fans recently etc is laughable. Richarldson like any player will want to play in a top team. No one can blame him and as long as he gives100% while he wears a blue jersey ( which he will) I will thank him for his excellent service for us when he does join a top team. I would be betting next summer.

Anything close to 100m and we'd have to sell. That's what we need to start doing properly, selling players at their peak for high and then finding a replacement at a low cost.

The clueless folk who run this club need to start getting so return on these signings instead of splashing millions upon millions on utter tat and offering obscene wages to limited players.
