with regards to the o.p. I tend to have my meat Roasted like, you know, to qualify it as a roast.

New Zealand Lamb being superior to any other, and if any welshy wants to disagree then all I can say is that your Rugby team is closer in quality to New Zealands than your Lamb is.

It's a fact that cannot be contested tbh. In fact the Shanks that they dont even export (saves space to cut off the bony legs) are superior to the welsh stuff.

Had some Lamb in Vegas and it was awful, U.S. MUST have areas that are suitable to producing decent Lamb ?
or do they not bother cos dont really eat it ?

As a kid we only ever had NZ lamb.........proper lamb.......

Lamb here is wretched, mate. Not sure why. In the American South we never ate it. I mean NEVER.
