But he said Baines had been misquoted and apologised. He obviously wasn't misquoted so someone is telling porkies

Managers can improve but they don't do that by refusing to evolve or adapt. The stick or twist fear made more sense under Moyes, who offered stability with a glass ceiling on expectation. Martinez smashed the glass ceiling but instead of climbing through, he just cut himself on the shards and has since been losing lucidity.

Oh I mean we would get rid if he was rubbish, actually no i'm sure on that we would actually, but just the initial LOL's of everyone hating Martinez and a new manager being even worse would be quite something to behold.
