So you're also comparing him to Leicester,West Ham, Southampton, west brom,Stoke, Watford

That would show underachievement I believe

Season isnt over yet....have some positivity!

We just lost 3 games to the top 6...if we had won against the bottom 6 we would be in a different position.

Wage budget i saw had us in 11th down from 9th...mot sure how we are since Jan.

Last cup win was 21 years ago so 2 semis is good going in one season.

Also season hasnt finished yet.
Happy to ask the question again if you like. Will two consecutive seasons of 11-16th and no cup wins match your ambitions and be an acceptable return for your man?

But by doing that you have to do the same with Moyes.... Moyes spent less, on transfers and wages. Am not saying compare both tenures, my point is that maybe it shows the fortitude of the manager to get a squad to achieve more then they should.

Martinez isn't that man. he couldn't get a dog to sit - let alone get his players to run through brick walls for him.

Moyes is a different type of manager with different strengths of course.

I want him sacking now, I don't want Roberto Martinez basking in any glory at this football club, He needs wiping from the archives, the utter charlatan.

What other way can you spin it

Young players he has developed to get to this level.

Hes had to turn around a squad on limited resources in a couple of seasons.

Loads of players not good enough but taking wages who will be gone this summer...

invested in youth and stopgaps.

Etc etc

Problem is - our record against the bottom 6 isn't exactly anything to scream about.

This is getting ridiculous now, he is tearing the club apart. The idiot has lost any goodwill he earned in his first season. He needs to be potted ASAP so the football club can get back to its business without his pathetic blagging and Rodgers style BS.

Never wanted an Everton manager out this bad, and I wanted him in before he came from Wigan. He is a complete joke of a manager.
This.

Course he is happy, he is playing week in week out. Don't be fooled, he isn't after a pay rise, he left a team he supported to play week in week out, he will leave us to play in the champions league and win trophies.

He holds no loyalty to us, thats footballers these days - even local players to a degree don't stay loyal.

If we offer him 200K a week, and a team playing in the CL comes in challenging for the league - he won't stay. the lad is ambitious.

Lets see mate...

Course he is, football style everything.

The point stands, Moyes got players running through brick walls - achieving more then anyone thought he would.

Martinez has got a much better squad of players which look like the can't be arsed, no fight no passion - massively under achieving.

If we are 16th then i wont be very happy.
if we are just under 8-9th then not too fussed.

Next season he needs to hit top 6 if given money.

I even disagree there. The squad where he has spent cash looks great. Where he hasnt yet looks weak.
