It is. We score goals, but the style is mindnumbing. Passing the ball around in front of the defence for 90 minutes is just terrible.

E.g. We had a free kick about 40 yards out at one point today, with an angle to cross the ball in. But we don't put it into the box. We pass it backwards/sideways twice, and its back at Joel. That wouldn't have happened under any previous Everton manager. It's awful.

He did. We obviously had the long ball game that everyone goes on about now, but we also had the high tempo passing if we needed it. Players like Arteta didn't spend 7 years launching balls up to Fellaini for God's sake. We would change our gameplan depending on the opposition and the time in the game. That doesn't happen now. We stick to the tika taka passing under all circumstances under Martinez. There's no diversity/flexibility to the style.

I remember Whelan saying Martinez was wtoo good for Everton. Clearly trying to get more in compo. Martinez has lost fans. How long before he loses the team. There is no excitement going anymore as its a case of how more we score than we concede.

I completely agree. This may sound controversial or damn right mad but we looked better when Baines was injured. Galloway for me was decent and didn't deserve to just lose his place.
