If wish he'd resign as I think he'd leave with more respect from the fans but as in the corporate world, if you resign you're admitting responsibility.

I'm saying the club are not permitting him to talk to the media through Everton channels.

I'm finding the inference that he has in effect been gagged an interesting development but if he's still here on Friday, would he or someone else take the press conference responsibility ?

Been thinking about if he went now. Would all the backroom staff and that all go now too?

Hell of a job to do without everyone for the, albeit meaningless, games. Might just be easier in the summer.

Dunno. Just a thought and searching for reasons why it hasn't happened yet.
If they weren't sacked at the same time would they really want to resign and give up their salary just to follow him out? I'd have thought they'd only follow him into another job if he took them with him? That might mean we have coaches (of sorts) to the end of the season.

The club aren't going to stop him taking press conferences, if they're that worried about what he might say they'd fire him before that issue came up. It suggests they might be thinking about getting rid of him though, either that or they know interviewing him will just bring them more trouble from the fans.

As if he's getting another job ever again!

I dunno, Seems like something Unsworth and Sheedy could handle. Would give them added experience as well as saving the players from the toxic atmosphere. Would give a great platform for Unsworth to play some of his u21s. It's so obvious it's a no brainer. I can only imagine that it's not happening for financial reasons. The club are going to get dragged through all of this because a few millionaires are bickering over finances.

I can't see how he can stay in position now, nor why he'd even want to and the longer he is the more it baffles...

And the 'mediocrity' quotes, aimed as they are at MOYES, also by implication have a pop at BK....which isolates him further I imagine.

Part of me thinks it's an effort to force the sacking hand...

Would love to know what his contractual clauses & add-ons actually are....

The bad boob.

Roberto has to go, that much is clear. What I don't like is the derogatory terms aimed at Roberto. It may not have worked out for him, but all I see is an honourable man who has done his best on behalf of this football club.

Thanks for your time, effort and passion. Shame it didn't work out. Good luck for the future.

That's nice. What I see is a man being paid an awful lot of money for a job he's not doing to the required standard. It's times like this where people have to separate the emotions from the facts and the fact is mate he is taking us backwards. We are in danger of becoming another run of the mill club who make up the numbers each year with the odd cup run throw in to quieten down the naysayers.

At the moment we are on course to match Watford for the season. What a manager.

hes not doing himself any favours, nothing is ever his fault, having digs at previous manager and comparing himself to kendall.
i dont see an honourable man to be honest.

The atmosphere on Saturday is going to be toxic if he is still in the dugout.

I can honestly see there being boos everytime he leaves his seat.
