If his resignation or sacking is left til the end of the season he will have one helluva task getting another managerial job with a decent club. He should go now and do himself a favour by limiting the damage done to his reputation, preventing any more crowd animosity and losing of the dressing room which will be inevitable if he remains for the remaining matches,

Been thinking about if he went now. Would all the backroom staff and that all go now too?

Hell of a job to do without everyone for the, albeit meaningless, games. Might just be easier in the summer.

Dunno. Just a thought and searching for reasons why it hasn't happened yet.

I've literally just seen @The Esk posted almost this exact thing on Twitter a minutes ago.

Roberto has to go, that much is clear. What I don't like is the derogatory terms aimed at Roberto. It may not have worked out for him, but all I see is an honourable man who has done his best on behalf of this football club.

Thanks for your time, effort and passion. Shame it didn't work out. Good luck for the future.
